In recent years, I’ve been pained by the high levels of incivility and mean-spiritedness in our society. After reading multiple “state of the training industry” reports year after year, it became clear that corporate cultures had also become toxic. I won’t bore you with the statistics, but the need for people skills or “soft skills” training in the workplace is dire.
So, under the banner of Trainevision, I expanded my LearningTV concept into an online learning platform complete with a growing library of soft skills courses, apps, games and analytics. All designed to help people learn to be kinder and more tolerant of one another. I call this learning environment, Intellorus™.
